Digital Marketing Content Plans and Workshops

Content marketing remains not only a catchy current buzzword, but the true foundation to any go-to-market strategy.  No wonder that according to eMarketer, 86% of US CMOs have said that content marketing will be their highest investment this year. 

However, with the pressure of an ‘always on’ media cycle tied with other responsibilities, content can sometimes get posted in a haphazard and irregular manner.  We see this all the time when customers come to us asking for the execution plan, but have not yet set the time to define the strategy. There’s added pressure to create a solid video content plan but confusion on how to weave video into your broader content plans. Additionally, in light of the affect that Covid-19 is having on our digital consumption (aka - we are online ALL day on MULTIPLE devices!) it is now even more important to have a strategic content plan.

This workshop, designed for marketers and business owners, guides through a framework to define success, study your business cycle and create a strategic go-to-market three or six month content strategy plan.  Through hands on exercises, led by Cittadina Marketing’s Founder, Margaret Sherer, we will break down the decision making journey aligned to your customer turning each attendee into a content marketer.  Brainstorm possible content and plans right for your company and digital marketing channels. Organise using our framework into a strategic, possible plan.

Using the marketing best practices of ‘See, Think, Do, Care’ customer journey framework and ‘Help, Hub, Hero,’ campaign plan structure Margaret leads attendees on how to systematically create a focused content plan that appeals to your audience. The plan is build to recognise the different stages of the customer journey and decision making cycle.  She focuses on making the most of your creative asset investments and how one ‘Hero’ piece can be curated into several pieces of content to go further with your audience and reinforce your message.
